Hi Diane,
Wow thanks so much for your comment today. I had to smile when I read that, I'm very grateful to hear your feedback.

Professionalism is DEFINITELY something we will cover in the upcoming articles. I love your idea and I think alot of us need a refresher course in dealing with customers in a polished way. Even if you work hard at it, we can all use the reminder I think. I'll get cracking on this idea and supply you with a link to our coverage once we have it ready.

Many many thanks for your suggestion, compliments and continued support!
~ Daria

PS. we love to hear from all of you - send in your topic suggestions as Diane has done. This is fantastic!

Hey Daria,

I love the stuff I've discovered on BC and wish I had kids so that I could buy all the yummy and cute kids clothes I see there! I have a suggestion for a column or series of columns for your site. I regularly deal with this online store run by a mompreneur and there's a huge difference I notice between some of the things she does that you don't (and vice versa) - basically business etiquette.

Have you thought about maybe offering advice (or having one of your awesome consultants do it) on things like email, providing information to your clientele, etc? Just to clarify, I keep buying things from this online store which she runs out of her house and want to go pick up my orders but she never provides a pick up address. The business has moved a couple of times already when they've sold their houses and it irks me that I have to email the owner multiple times every time I place an order because her emails about picking up just say "okay, your order is in, come get it". So just a thought as I can't help but notice your professionalism is excellent and I think people could really learn from you!

Best wishes,
Diane
