I really need to get back into yoga. My aunt is an instructor and taught me a ton of stuff several years ago when I went to visit. Gradually after the birth of my kids I stopped doing yoga. Id like to get started again.

I bought this mat after I lost my run of the mill synthetic one. I actually thought this one offered more traction. It took a little while for me to get used to the stickiness, but I love it. Would love to have the cork block to go with it.
