If the homepage graphics and design don’t make you want to explore the line of products from Patricia Ann Designs, just wait until I tell you about them. Started by a mother-daughter team (I just love those!), Patricia Ann Designs can now be found in upscale boutiques and high-end stores, including Nordstrom. They use a family-owned sewing and cutting business, so everything is made with care and quality right here in the U.S.

And now for the products. I have never been one to purchase one of those shopping cart covers, but once I saw the fabulous fabrics and design from Patricia Ann, I had to have one. For their Shopping Cart Cover, I was able to choose my own fabrics and decided on the Lime Surf, which arrived with a coordinating blue gingham liner. It’s quite possible the first truly chic shopping cart cover I’ve ever seen. The Lime Surf fabric was super soft and fresh and the cover had enough padding to keep the littlest bottoms comfortable, even when doing marathon holiday shopping at Target.

I also received one of Patricia Ann’s Travel Silkies, a miniature-size blanket perfect for tiny hands. The Silkie is backed and trimmed with decadent satin and is sure to become the must-have security blanket for your little one. Mine is a vanilla cream Silkie backed with a dark chocolate satin. Oh, did I say “mine”? I’m sure I meant “George’s””¦

Did I mention Patricia Ann Designs also offers burp cloths, oversized blankets, stroller blankets, carrier covers, and changing mats? It’s true indulgence, and it’s truly fabulous.
