Bet you didn’t know September 28th is National Write a Review About Daria Muirhead Day. Well, those of us in the review-writing world know, and next to Christmas it’s my favorite day of the year!
Today’s review is going to be a bit different. While some of you are faithful commenters on the Daily Dish, quite a few of you have been holding back, so today is your day to shine. I’m going to start you off with some fun and interesting facts about Daria and then you all are going to continue this review by posting what you know and love about Daria, our beautiful, sexy, extremely talented podcast hostess. Let’s make this the longest””and possibly most interesting””review to date!
I’ll start, and by the way, I got these straight from Nathan, Daria’s DH, so Daria, if you’re reading this (and you better be), anything embarrassing is not my fault.
- loves pink
- has always wanted a little girl and never gotten one
- used to do temp work all the time as a receptionist
- while dating DH, went on the most extreme roller coaster ride even though she is scared of heights and gets mega dizzy
- climbed about two stories high up a tree while dating DH only to let him know later she was terrified
- sold advertising in their little business 8 Cow Advertising and did quite well, for a little startup
- must have her sheets tucked in at the end of the bed, which can cause problems when DH likes them loose and/or wrapped around his feet
- had this total crush on Nathan Hill, now my DH, and remained attached to the name Nathan (that’s a whole other story”¦)
- loves popcorn (I mean LOVES popcorn) and has to have it at the movies

Hey Dee I hope you have a great day!!! I too Know a few things about dear Daria I think I will share some of my favorite memories as I know her in real life…
Daria has a great singing voice and one of my favorite memories was going to Heritage Park for the 12 days of Christmas with her where we all sang Christmas Carols in the little church.
Another favorite memory is when Daria moved into my house for our Driver Training course…We took our classes and driving hours together…boy did we have fun…Hey Dee
I think my most favorite Memory of Daria is the time we went to Pick-your-part (car part place) with another one of our girlfriends. and I have a picture of Daria with my sisters and My moms ex BF kids…It is the cutest picture ever…and when looking and the album of Pictures Nathan has on his Blog there is a similar picture of Daria with her own sweet Boys and I almost cried as it remided me of that day when Daria told us that she wanted to be a mom and raise a big family…and look that is exactly what she is doing and doing a great job too.
Thanks for letting me share a few of my own specail Memories of Daria, I wish you all the best this Birthday and home that soon we will be able to visit.

When I first met Daria she was wearing head-to-toe WHITE and pulled it off magnificently even though she had boys crawling all over her. Not a speck was out of place. I was in awe to say the least. Since than I have not seen her look anything but hot in whatever she is weaing.

Daria is crazy and so fun to talk too. We talk REALLY late in the night sometimes and come up with the funniest and zaniest ideas that we think are really good. The next morning - they are not so good, lol!

Emily you stinker you! I really didn’t have any idea that you knew it was my Birthday - in fact I honestly thought that it would go by really quietly today. I’m so touched everyone, thank you for your Birthday wishes - especially on a birthday year that’s too high to announce!! I’m having a really amazing birthday and my amazing husband and kids have spoiled me. The best part of having a Birthday is knowing that people love and care about you - thank you all for that!!

Makes KILLER cheesecake- from her TOP SECRET recipe
Loves Skor bars, bites, cake…
Has a great mind for business and fabulous instincts
Will work her heart out to get the BC out come hell, high water,vertigo, pregnancy, moving, did I mention hell?
Is a dutiful, darling daughter
Has a spirit of Love and compassion and giving
can totally disarm the Boy (when he should have eaten sooner) and have him laughing
Is definitely a Lover not a Fighter
Is the True Blue kind of friend who always stands with you, for you, behind you, who believes in you and loves you no matter what. (except if you give out her cheesecake recipe)

Is a terrific leader and idea person who can also be the follower and the doer
Makes a great right hand if you are planning a wedding or planning a life, or planning to run away

But will give up her seat to her mil- such deference!
Gets red cheeks when she has done too much
Sighs little teensy tiny soft little sighs when she’s sick, or tired
And can’t sleep if she is worrying about you
Is still nursing Noah
has GREAT hair- curl most people would kill for- which she straightens
Housekeeper over a Nanny
likes savory over sweet
Real Coke, not diet
Says things like “Oh! Did you want the front door open ?” when anyone else would say ‘CLOSE THE DOOR YOU MORON! ITS 30 BELOW!
She’s a keeper.
Forever if I have my way.
