I didn’t know my ‘cup of couture’ was going to include a few tears in my hot cocoa ! Angela’s journal entry elicited a lot of emotion and her writing was such that I felt right in her shoes. Thank-you Angela for sharing something so personal with us. It is good to hear that kind of account to make us realize how we would feel if we found ourselves in the same shoes. And a good motivator to get that Mammo done.
On the issue of Mammo pain, its not much worse than bad cramps are - seriously, a tylenol or ibuprofen wil do the job. When I was skinny and barely an A cup, I just took a tylenol just before the exam. Now I’m older, fatter and -bonus!- bustier, and it is a little easier, but I still find that taking a little painkiller after makes the whole process easier. I guarantee it is a short term discomfort for a long term gain.
Also went to the Auction Scrambles- loved the Belle of the Ball set! Check out her boys set as well- its equally well done!
Can’t wait til next week Daria! Keep ‘em comin!
